Building excellence through innovation and tradition
In 2025, we set out to build something new with a very old soul. Crown Fortified Flour Factory was established to bring the finest fortified flour to our community, but our story didn't start at the mill gate. It started fifteen years ago with Med Trading PLC, under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ephrem Getachewu, our esteemed CEO and founder.
For a decade and a half, Med Trading PLC has been a trusted name in the import and export sector, mastering the complexities of the global supply chain. We've spent years traveling the world's grain belts, building relationships with farmers, and understanding exactly what defines superior raw materials. We learned the market before we built the mill.
By combining fifteen years of international sourcing expertise with a brand-new, state-of-the-art milling facility, we offer something unique: the reliability of a global trader and the quality of a local miller.
